It also carries the number to call or message if anything changes. Please read it through when it arrives — a wrong flight number or a hotel with a similar name is far easier to correct a week early than on the night you land.

Yes — write to us as early as you can, through the same channel you used to book. A new flight number, a different landing time, extra passengers or another address along the coast can normally be arranged, though a larger group may mean a different vehicle and therefore a different price. If you have to cancel, the terms in your confirmation apply. A change only counts as made once we have sent you the updated confirmation in writing.

Yes, and the return is best booked together with the arrival. There is no fixed timetable: tell us the flight number and departure time and we propose a pick-up hour that fits both the flight and the distance from your hotel, with a comfortable margin for check-in and security. From the far end of the coast — Olympos, Çıralı, Adrasan — the ride back is a good hour and a half, so those pick-ups start earlier than most guests expect. The driver waits in the hotel drive; reception is told the evening before.

Cash handed to the driver when you reach your accommodation is the simplest way; if another method suits you better, say so when we send the quote and we will agree it in advance. The price covers the whole vehicle rather than each seat, and it already includes airport parking, road charges and the driver’s waiting time. At the door you pay the figure printed in your written confirmation, and nothing else is added for luggage, for a night arrival or for the long climb to the far coves.

Inside the terminal building. After passport control and baggage reclaim, walk into the arrivals hall: the meeting point is Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel, and your driver stands beside it holding a sign with your name. You never have to search the car park or find the vehicle yourself. If the sign is nowhere to be seen, one call or WhatsApp message to the number in your confirmation is enough — the office knows which driver is on your job.

Night traffic is light on the coast road, so the hour to Kemer or Tekirova often passes quicker than in the afternoon; the far villages still take an hour and a half. Book it like any other ride, give us your landing time, and let your hotel know roughly when to expect you so that reception is staffed when you arrive.

It depends on how many of you there are and how much you bring. A saloon car carries up to three passengers; the Mercedes Vito and the Vito VIP take up to six. Groups of up to 13 or 16 travel in a Mercedes Sprinter, and beyond that there is a 25-seat midibus and a 45-seat coach. Since the price is per vehicle, tell us the exact number of adults, children and suitcases and we will name the class that genuinely fits — a full boot matters more on a mountain road than on a flat one.

No. Every transfer along this coast is private: only you and the people you are travelling with are in the car. Once everyone is aboard, the driver leaves the airport and goes straight to your address, with no detour to collect or drop anyone else. That matters here more than on a short city run — a shared bus calling at eight hotels between Beldibi and Tekirova can add an hour to the same journey. If you would like a short stop on the way, say so when you book.

Yes, on request and for any age: a baby carrier, a child seat or a booster cushion. Child seats are a paid extra, charged on top of the transfer price, and the amount appears in your written confirmation. Tell us each child’s age when you book so that the right seat is already fitted when you reach the vehicle — it is worth doing on this route, where an hour of bends is no place to be holding a small child on your lap.

Bring them, but tell us first. A folding pushchair travels with every family and takes no planning; diving gear, a bicycle, a surfboard or a set of golf clubs does, because it decides which vehicle we send. There is no charge for an item you have declared, and the roads here leave no room for improvising with the tailgate half open. List the awkward pieces in the same message as your flight details and the office will size the boot accordingly.

The coast unrolls westwards, so every stop adds a few minutes. Konyaaltı is passed first at 22 km, roughly half an hour. Beldibi follows at 45 km and about 45 minutes, Göynük at 50 km, Kemer itself at 55 km and around 55 minutes. Kiriş and Çamyuva sit at 60 and 62 km, Phaselis at 66 km and Tekirova at 70 km, a little over an hour. The far end takes longer: Olympos and Çıralı are 85 km, roughly 80 to 85 minutes, and Adrasan 95 km, about an hour and a half. Each area has its own page with the hotel list.

It is one of the finest roads in the country and the reason many guests remember the ride itself. After Konyaaltı the highway climbs onto the shoulder of the Taurus mountains, threads a series of short tunnels and then runs high above the sea with pine forest on one side and open water on the other. The surface is good all the way, but the bends are constant, so anyone prone to travel sickness should sit in front and skip a heavy airport meal. Tell the driver if you would like a two-minute stop at one of the viewpoints.

To the village, yes — right to the door, usually. These three places lie at the end of narrow lanes that drop from the main road to the shore, and the last part of the Olympos valley, where the tree-house lodges stand, is partly unsurfaced. Where a vehicle genuinely cannot reach your gate, the driver stops at the closest point it can and helps you with the bags for the short walk. Send the exact name of the pension or a location pin when you book, so the office can plan the final stretch in advance.

Not at the ruins themselves. Phaselis is an ancient harbour city inside a protected national park between Çamyuva and Tekirova, and no hotel is allowed within it; the three coves belong to the archaeological site. Hotels that borrow the name sit some kilometres away, most of them in Göynük or in Tekirova, and the drive from the airport differs accordingly. Send us the hotel name exactly as printed on your voucher and we will tell you which stretch of the coast it belongs to before anything is confirmed.

Yes, and it is the first stop on our route west. Konyaaltı stretches along the pebble beach below the Beydağları ridge at the far side of Antalya, about 22 km from the terminal or roughly half an hour, and the road to Kemer begins where the promenade ends. Holiday flats and apartments are as welcome as hotels. Give us the full street address or share a location pin, and add the name of the building or complex if it has one, because several blocks in the same street often look alike.
