Arranging your transfer is straightforward. When you contact us, we will provide a fixed price for the entire vehicle in writing. This amount is agreed before you travel and will not change. Your booking is completely private, meaning no other passengers will share your vehicle.

We track your flight live, so if your plane lands later than scheduled, your driver will know and will be there when you arrive. Once you pass through baggage reclaim, make your way to Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel in the arrivals area. Your driver will meet you there with a name sign and guide you to your Mercedes-Benz Vito.

If you are travelling with infants or young children, child seats, baby seats and boosters can be fitted to the vehicle. Please request these when you book so we can have them installed. These seats are a paid extra, and the cost will be added to the final agreed price of your transfer.
