How Your Booking Works

Reserving your private minibus is straightforward. We require your flight details, arrival time, and the address of your accommodation. We will then provide a fixed price in writing for the entire vehicle.

When you land, our office tracks your flight. If your plane is delayed, your driver will adjust their schedule. Once you exit the terminal, please walk to Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel. Your driver will meet you there, holding a sign with your name, and guide you to your waiting Sprinter.

If you are travelling with young children, we can fit baby seats, child seats, or booster seats to match their ages. Please request these when you submit your details; they are a paid extra, and the cost will be added to your agreed transfer price.
