If I want to cancel my booking, what's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any of your transfer journeys or your entire booking online by email, whatsapp or phone call. Cancellations received with more than 10 hours notice are refunded in full. Less than 10 hours before the transfer time, we just check if your transfer vehicle is arranged or not. If it is not arranged, we refund it even if the cancellation is for less then 10 hours. If it is already arranged, it won't be refoundable but for the next booking, a discount will be applied.
